    Hey Lambton School, thanks for your post here. 

     

    To be clear, you inserted the wrong date of birth when adding your personal info to your Family account. Correct? 

     

    If yes, you’ll need to follow these exact steps to log a ticket with our support team, as they’ll need to look into this further. 

     

    Let me know your ticket number, when you have it.
