Getting Access to Replay
Hi, I am the admin for our account and I would like to try out Replay for our video production services.
Am I able to be given access to this?
I reached out to support and they told me to fill this form in.

Hi.
No none is able to access Replay at all.When I go to the Replay page I get the following message:
Dropbox Replay isn’t enabled for your team
Please reach out to a Dropbox Business admin on your team to request access.
I am the business admin and I cant find anywhere in my account to activate or enable replay.
Any help in pointing me in the right direction to get access to this would be appreciated.

When you, while signed in to your admin account, go to https://www.dropbox.com/replay, are you perhaps able to see an option to 'Get Replay'?
Or are you only seeing the message you mentioned above?

Hi. same problem here. i have several projects with feedback in replay and now all i see is this message. (yesterday it was working perfectly fine)
i urgently need this to be solved, as the projects are ongoing.

Hi there, same issue - I am admin & my team are desperately needed access to it for our clients to review work.
Also noticed replay has dropped off the apps on the left (see screenshot)
