I recently checked my business bank account, and was surprised to find 3 identical charges for $19.99 from dropbox, all on the same day, with different transaction IDs. I've used the lookup tool to try and identify these transactions, but apparently the transaction IDs aren't even recognized by dropbox, as they're too short. I've tried to find a phone number to call for dropbox to help me understand these apparently fraudulent charges, but since I don't pay for a dropbox account, I'm not allowed that information, so I'm posting here for assistance. Can someone please contact me to assist in resolving this issue? I've already contacted my bank and disputed the transactions and cancelled my card, I just want to be sure I'm reimbursed for these charges, and want Dropbox to be aware of this issue out there, as I suspect I'm not the only person dealing with this.

There is no phone number. Dropbox doesn't offer inbound phone support.
To contact Dropbox Support directly, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
For others that find this topic, Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.
