Hi,

 

I got Error 500 when trying to delete my account.

I tried with firefox, edge, chrome. Same error every time.

Can you help ?

Dropbox will not allow me to delete my account. The message says I have an active apple subscription, but that is incorrect. My free trial ended December 2, 2023.

Yes I have tried the app and multiple browsers. I cleared c&c and still keep getting the same error 500
