I lost my mobile phone. I'm having trouble getting a Dropbox two-step code and I don't have a backup code to log into my account. Please guide me so that I can access my account. Thank you.

Are you signed in to Dropbox on any other device? If so you may be able to receive the code on another device if you're already signed in to the account there.

 

Otherwise, without an emergency backup code it wouldn't be possible to sign in to an account that has two-step verification enabled, without access to the verification device.
