Hi,
I got Error 500 when trying to delete my account.
I tried with firefox, edge, chrome. Same error every time.
Can you help ?

Do you receive this error message right after inserting your Dropbox password or before that?
Can you please open an incognito window on your browser instead, and give this one more try?

Hi @bva974, I was able to locate the ticket number, that my colleague @Jay sent you, and it seems that you never got the chance to respond back when he asked for more info.
Can you kindly check if you can locate it, and respond back?

Your colleague Jay closed the ticket. I wasn't able to reply.
It take way too long to close my account. I still get the error 500 thing. Very annoying.
