Hello all, going to try and make this short. We have a client who has a dropbox account linked to his work email, and the account has become compromised and implemented MFA and my end user cannot get in to delete the account or change the password. We have come to the conclusion it is best to just delete the account all together since it was a work email tied with a personal account. How and who do I get in contact with to get the ball rolling on this? Can we get the ball rolling on this? -------------Has been resolved.
