Hello,

1) If I have a Plus account and want to add a team account, is this function available on the Plus plan, or do I need to upgrade to a business account, and what plan would I have to upgrade to?

2) Do you bundle Dropbox sign with any of the Dropbox accounts?

Thanks, Pam

Hi there @pdweiser, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!

When it comes to your first query, note that connecting two Dropbox accounts is only available to Dropbox for Business users, which means that one of your accounts must be on a Dropbox for Business Teams plan for you to be able to connect another account to it.

As for your second concern, Dropbox Sign is available to all Dropbox plans; you can have a look here for more information if you like.

I hope this helps, Pam.

Thank you! I'm not seeing Dropbox sign as an option for any of the plans on the link you sent. It says esignature is included. How many signatures and does that include sending documents in Dropbox sign (and how many)?

What is the lowest tier of business account we need to subscribe to in order to get the team account?

Thanks for your help!

Pam

Hey @pdweiser, sorry to jump in here!

What my colleague Walter meant, is that Dropbox Sign is available for all our plans, but I think this page will give you the info you're looking for.

Also, the smallest team account you can have right now is our Dropbox Business Standard plan.

You can compare all of them here.

I hope this helps!

One last question - can someone please reach out to let me know what the prorated cost would be to upgrade from the Basic plan to the Business Standard Plan? This isn't for me, I am doing research on behalf of a client who needs the bottom line and exact amount. Thanks!

In that case, I'd recommend having them contact us directly @pdweiser

Is there any email for her to send to or should she post to the community?

Thanks, Pam

The support options you get depend on the plan you're on, so she can check her support options on this page from her end, Pam.
