Why was I charged by Formswift?

Anyone get scammed by formswift? Evidently they are tied to Dropbox somehow. I now have a charge of 37.00 on my debit card When I call the number then they want my bank account number or my debit card. Never even asked my name, address, or phone number. Anyone else?

Make sure you access the link while in an incognito/private browsing window, and when you're not logged into your own Dropbox account, then you'll see the options.

Same thing here - I have emailed FormSwift support over ten times with two different support reps.  Neither one has followed up with me and they are still charging my credit card $37.00 per month.   What does a person need to do to get them to stop and refund the money?  They do not have phone # that is manned.

Thanks for your reply, Nancy. I do not have any “tickets” since I have not been able to follow Jay’s instructions. I get stuck trying to find the “other” choice to which he refers. Maybe a step by step instruction would resolve that for me. I’m new to this Forum and I’m kind of a dinosaur at age 86. Any help on this would be appreciated & understanding the relationship between Formswift and Dropbox. I’m clueless!

I am having the same issue, i didn’t even have an account for formswift and i was charged $37 randomly and an additional $1.95

Megan: This forum is too complicated for me to follow and support is very covert in dealing with this Formswift issue since it’s owned by Dropbox. Many are being scammed and no one is accepting responsibility for “misleading” so many Dropbox users. Everyone needs open instruction, not covert messaging with difficult to follow Forum instructions. I thank you for your interest, but I need action, not “caring”.
