Why didn't I go back to my Plus plan, after being removed from the Family account?
I was added in Dropbox family, but after that, the key account removed me , why my Plan downgrade to basic, (my dropbox plus has expire date on 07 june 2024 before). Pls assist me to check it

Hi sqabav! Welcome to our forum.
When you joined the Family account the first time, you should’ve received a prorated refund for the remainder of your Plus plan’s billing cycle (you can also check with your bank to make sure you’ve received it).
As a result, you’ll need to upgrade to Plus once again after being removed from the Family plan.
