Unauthorized charge while on the Basic plan

I am a drop box basic user. Which is the free account. I have had a subscription deducted from my bank. Which I did not authorise. As a basic user I do not have email support as an option. How do I communicate with someone at Dropbox about the charge.

Hey @AndrewNaef - sorry to hear about this.

 

Have you by any chance tried using our self-served look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charge you mentioned?

 

If you did and it didn't help or you have additional questions, you can reach out to our support team directly through this form.

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account.
