Hi! I tried the 30-day free trial professional account (i.e. 3TB which is billed 19.99 EUR monthly after free trial).
However, my debit card was still charged and upon checking my storage space is still 2GB. Do you know how to resolve this?

Did you upgrade directly through our website, using your credit/debit card?
If so, can you please use our payment lookup tool, to see which email address appears as the upgraded one and compare it to your account, to see what you find?

If you wish to keep the subscription, can you try to restore your purchase, by following the steps here, to see if that helps?
However, if you wish to receive a refund for your payment, you can pursue one with Apple, by following these steps.
