I´m trying to change payments via the Dropbox site directly.  I have a problem with Drop box payments with VISA Credit cards. It does not accept. I cannot see the change payment tab where i can move from credit card to other payment methods. I have used multiple credit cards. It does not work. Please, helpme !!!

Hey @joseluis1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Can you see if you're able to do this, when signing in to your account from a different browser or from a private browsing window?
