Subscription to the wrong account

Hello,

My boss just upgraded our plan as we had run out of space. This was purchased accidentally to the wrong account with the old business email address, rather than our current account. Is there a way to easily move the subscription to the new email?

It seems impossible to get any help or support through dropbox other than email. As we are a business and this is very urgent, it would be great to get some assistance.

    There's no way to transfer a subscription from one account to another. Your only option is to change the email address on the upgraded account. If both email addresses already have a Dropbox account associated with them, you'll need to use a third email address to do the swap.
