Hi!!! I have referred my 2 friend's but the referral bonus is not credited: in my DB setting page, I see "ineligible". They have installed DB app on their PC, after the registration. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I sent a friend a referral invitation and he installed Dropbox on his desktop computer (not mobile) and started using it, but for some reason Im still seeing an "Ineligible Referral" notice in my account.
What can I do?
