Purchased subscription, but account services still seem as basic
As stated in the subject my issue is that I purchased the family plus subscription and it is recognized as active however when I log in my account is still shown as basic service. If I check subscript...

Sorry CR4FTY, but before we send you an email, would you mind clarifying if you paid for the plan through your iTunes?
If so, can you open the Dropbox app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then on "restore purchases" to see if that helps?
