The recurring monthly service fee gets charged to my company credit card and every month I have to hunt to find the sales receipt/invoice from Dropbox Fax. Why do you make this so difficult for your customers? There should be User profile options that allow the user to have the purchase receipt mailed to an email address, could be the account address of record, etc. It should also be WAY EASIER to find the account information, right now it's buried deep within the platform UE. Make it simple and fast for your customers to transact all of their business on your portal.
