Hi all, I'm really hoping someone can help me get this figured out!
I have TWO separate dropbox accounts (that I want to keep completely separate). One is part of a team and has a plus subscription under the umbrella of the team I'm working with. I have a personal account that I want to upgrade to a Plus account. Everytime I try to upgrade that personal account it seems to assume everything I do is related to the Team account and does not offer me a plus option (in fact it, seems to think I want to upgrade the team account that I do not manage). I have tried logging out of the team account. i have tried clearing caches and forgetting logins on my windows PC, iphone, and ipad. I still keep getting errors and issues and my personal account stays as a standard free account.
I consider myself pretty technology literate and I'm not sure what I might be missing here!

Just for clarification, when you say you're on a Plus plan under a team, do you mean a personal Plus plan, or a Business Plus plan? You can see the exact plan from this page.
Are the two accounts linked according to the site?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
