I pay for 2 TBytes space but my account says that I have "Basic" subscription. I keep getting e-mails saying that I am out of space though I am far from that. In April 2024 Dropbox withdrew 130 USD from my bank account. But in "Billing" there is no credit card information and it's impossible to add a new one. There is a total mess in Dropbox administration I am afraid that Dropbox will close my account, because my credit card soon expires. How can I change the account information to the correct information?

Hi @Peraxelclausen

That means you are logged in to the wrong account - you are paying for a different account to have the quota. You need to log out of the free one and in to the paid one and move the data around.

https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge may help you identify which account email you used 🙂
