I'm unable to upgrade my plan

I used to have Dropbox plus, but downgraded to Basic when I was switching banks. Now I'm trying to resubscribe to Plus, but every time I go to the upgrade screen, it says something went wrong and will not let me enter my payment information. I also no longer have access to customer support from real people since I am technically not a paid subscriber currently, and the chatbot cannot help at all. I've refreshed the page so many times and opened it in different browsers and devices and it's always the same something went wrong message.

    When you were on Dropbox Plus, did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?

     

    Were your bank statements showing payments to Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
