Hi, I had a trial period of 30 days for dropbox essentials, I cancelled the subscribtion 1 day to late and got charged 199€ for a 1 year subscribtion. However, I got charged twice. I contacted dropbox about this and they canceled my subscribtion all together since I didn't want the paid plan and they said I would get refunded for both the payments. However when I now look at my bankaccount I have got charged yet another time! So I got charged three times!! And refunded twice? And now when I try to get in contact with dropbox to sort this out I can't since I only have the basic plan and can't seem to contact them on the basic plan? I tried calling my bank but they just said they can't do anything. Sooo anyone else had the same problem? Is there a way to contact the support even on the basic plan? It's the most stupid thing ever you can't contact the support just because I have the free plan. Which they downgraded me to but still charged me three rimes for a one year subscribtion...

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
