Hi, I realized today that I have been billed 119.88 for the last 5 years. I have only a free basic plan (to which I logged in maybe 3-4 times in the last 5 years) and I never signed up for any trial. Not even sure how dropbox got my debit card details. I raised this issue just now with my bank and they are raising a dispute but I also want to check with you. How can I get my money back? It is a significant amount.
I have all the transaction numbers and can provide the details..

Hi there, @mblah, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Keep in mind that we don't have a way of charging you, unless you provide your billing info, so perhaps this is an older account you forgot you had, or maybe you were paying for someone else's.
You can use our payment lookup tool to see which account the charges are connected to.
Let me know what you find.

Hi Hannah, thanks for responding. I used the lookup tool and entered my transaction IDs, my cards last 4 digits, and expiry date and everytime am seeing the same error:
This is the same card that was charged but the transactions are not showing up.
Also, for 2023, my bank said that the charge got posted without a transaction ID, so they escalated it on their end but for all other years, I have the transaction IDs (which I posted in my original post)
Since you have the transaction numbers, can you please check from your end?
Thanks for checking, @mblah.
We don't have this kind of access here on the Community, so in order to check this on my end, I'll need to send you an email.
Before we do that, though, can you please try the lookup tool once again from a different browser, to see if that has any effect?

I tried using another browser, tried incognito mode and nothing worked.
P.s. Here it says enter last 4 digits of credit card, but I dont have a credit card for that account. I only have a debit card and it is the same card I have from last 5 years.
Can you please send me an email and check this?
It might say "credit card", but the tool should work for both credit cards and debit cards, so before I send you an email, can you check, to see if it works with the card info that you have?

Yes I only have a debit card for that account and entered the debit card last 4 digits and its expiration date along with the latest transaction ID multiple times in different browsers but it always throws that error.
I just sent you an email @mblah!
I'll be happy to see you there!
