My account got downgraded from Advanced to Basic without an apparent reason. As my account now is Basic theres no way to contact the dropbox chat or email. How do i get in touch with a key account manager again, or contact dropbox about this? We had about 400TB in our dropbox.
Hey @eiriksvensen, if you're signed in to the correct account, can you send us a screenshot of what you see in the plan tab of your account settings?
