I got downgraded without explaination

I got downgraded without explaination

My account got downgraded from Advanced to Basic without an apparent reason. As my account now is Basic theres no way to contact the dropbox chat or email. How do i get in touch with a key account manager again, or contact dropbox about this? We had about 400TB in our dropbox.

Hey @eiriksvensen, if you're signed in to the correct account, can you send us a screenshot of what you see in the plan tab of your account settings?

May I ask if you've ensured that you're looking at the correct account?

 

Also, were you a member of the team or a team admin?

The account was [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines] Team admin.
