I can't connect more than 3 devices, although I am on a Plus plan. Why?

Hi all, having upgraded to Plus yesterday it doesn't let me add more than 3 devices. I have tried logging out everywhere and logging back in. From my profile it tells me that I have a plus subscription. Has this happened to anyone? Thank you. Oberdan

Hello, with today it makes me add more devices. Not until yesterday. However it went, the coast resolved itself. Thank you.

Hey there, @Oberdan1975, welcome to our Community! 

 

It seems you've already checked your plan page online, to confirm that you're using a Plus plan, right? 

 

Can I ask if you get any specific errors, when you try to connect to more than 3 devices? Also, do you face this issue when you try to sign in using your desktop app, or mobile app?

 

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
