I am trying to cancel a subscription linked to an old work email I no longer have access to (different account than the one I'm using to post this). I have the username and password, but when I log in it requires 2FA through the email which I cannot access.
What is the best way to cancel this subscription?

Hi @NeedHelp21! Hope you’re doing well, and welcome to our forum.
Do you remember how exactly your Dropbox account had been upgraded? Was it through www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play?
If the former, and you haven’t opened any tickets with our support team yet, I can log one for you and further assist.
