Our company has a DropBox Essentials account, which we use primarily for the DropBox Sign (formerly HelloSign) service. Ever since we signed up for DropBox Sign I have had problems logging in. I go to DropBox Sign and enter my email address and get the strange message: "Looks like there's already a DropBox account with this email. Continue with DrobBox" And from here I have two links to "Continue." I haven't used DropBox for a few months and it's disheartening to colme back and see that nothing has changed. Can someone please answer the following questions: Is there an actual DropBox Sign web site? Or am I supposed to sign in on DropBox (dropbox.com)? Hello, I am trying to log into dropbox using my business account. Every time I try to log in using my work email address, it thinks that I am trying to set up a new account and will not take my password, but instead, gives me password "suggestions". On that page, there is no place to select "I already have an account" as per the instructions in the trouble shooting. When I try use sign in with google or sign in with apple, it automatically wants to go straight to my personal dropbox, for which I cannot access work files.
