How to cancel a subcription to an account i no longer have access to

I have recently left a job where I was using Dropbox to make my life easier. however, I used my work email to set up the account. now that I have left I no longer have access to the email therefore I can't access the account. I am still being billed for this account and need to cancel the subscription. does anyone know how to do this without canceling my credit card?

Hi @ColtonH, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
