Dropbox payments are made from my card for an unknown account

Good afternoon. Payments for dropbox are being debited from my card. At the same time, I do not use dropbox. Can I use the receipt from the bank to determine which account is linked to my card and disable it?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @Oleggur.

You can use our payment lookup tool, to look up the charges and see which account they're for.

Is it an account you can access, in order to cancel?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

And the link from this page (Billig help request) leads to www.dropbox.com/get_help

Hey @Oleggur, the transaction ID would be the one you have in yellow.

If you look that up, what does it bring up for you?

Hello.

What is highlighted in yellow is a screenshot of your link. My ID is not 12 characters long, so it gives an error when requested

Thanks for the update here, @Oleggur.

In that case, can we send you an email, so we can investigate this internally?
