Try to send a request to solve my problem for an hour, try all categories but nothing goes through [We couldn't submit your request at this time, please try again later.]. Could anyone please provide me an email that I can contact them directly?

Can you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let me know how it goes?
If you get the same results, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.
Also, if there's anything else you'd like to ask in the meantime, by all means, go for it.

It's still worth testing on a different browser as it could be a browser related issue.
