Double Charge on Bank Statement
I have one account. I use the app on my phone from the Apple store and sync my photos for editing on my laptop. I’ve just now noticed I have double charges on my statements. One from Dropbox today 06...

Same issue and I didn't notice because my family has multiple accounts drawn from the same bank.. There seems to be a lot of people that have been being charged double for years and an issue that has been being reported for the same. I wonder how much dropbox makes off this "issue". It seems like something that they would notice on their side especially after so many reports. Class action?

What we've seen over the years, is that usually our users are paying for different accounts, that either belong to other people, or they forgot they even had.
Can I send you an email, so we can investigate what's going on in your case?

Indeed, it's not the case 100% of the time, Chantelle03, but it is very very common.
