Do I get a pro-rated refund, while upgrading?

Do I get a pro-rated refund, while upgrading?

Hello,

I am a basic user currently, but am upgrading.  One plan is yearly at around $120 and the next is $220 ish.  If halfway through this year, I find I need the higher tier plan, do I get credits for the 6 months I have already paid on teh smaller plan, or a pro-rated 6 months and just pay the difference?  Or am I stuck absorbing the difference?

Thank You

Hi @sdelorey

You'd get a pro-rata credit (worked out to the day). I upgraded from one to the next recently and only paid a few cents as I'd not realised my billing date was so close.
