I had signed up for Dropbox Plus, but accidentally accepted an invitation as a team member of another organization. I then contacted the administrator of that organization to have them remove me as a member, but in doing so my account was downgraded to Dropbox Basic. I would like to contact the support center, but I am having trouble communicating with them individually. Can anyone please help me?

Hey @guikazu, let's jump right into this!
When you accept an invitation to join a Dropbox team, your personal plan is downgraded and you receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining time you have on your personal plan.
Then you become a team member of the Team. Once they remove you from it, and downgrade you, the account returns to Basic.
You can always check out our plans here, and re-upgrade whenever you want.

Thank you both for your responses and support.
After reading Megan's comment, I went ahead and re-subscribed to Dropbox Plus. However, I originally had a 3-year plan, and I would like to return to that plan instead of the new one I just signed up for.
Could you please assist me with reverting to my original 3-year Plus subscription?

There are actually no 3-year plans available with Dropbox.

When my account was downgraded to the Basic plan, I couldn’t find a way to contact support directly. That’s when I accessed this page and decided to ask my question in the community forum: https://help.dropbox.com/ja-jp/account-settings/customer-support-levels.
