This there a way to combine multiple plus accounts into a family account? My two team members each have their own plus accounts and I have a free account. We want to create a family account and share the storage space. Can we combine all the accounts together or do we have to individually move the files over from an old account to new account?
Hi @AliW1, I hope you're doing well!
All one of you has to do is essentially upgrade to Dropbox Family plan. Once you do that, you can then invite the rest as members to the account.
With the Family plan, each family member has their own Dropbox account where they can securely store and organize their files and folders. No need to manually move the files, since that should happen automatically.
You can see more about this here.
I hope this clarifies.

A better answer would have been:
"When a family member joins the plan they will have immediate access to the shared storage space and features of Dropbox Family. If a member had a Dropbox Plus or Professional plan before joining the Family plan, their individual account will be refunded for the prorated cost of their original plan. "

This should be the title of a FAQ not buried in the invite section of how to manage the family plan.
