I've been charged for an essentials plan I canceled since May 2024. There are no records on dropbox my account for this invoice. And my plan is basic and should be free. Dropbox continues to charge me even when I cancelled my plan up until August 2024. I just wanted to make everyone aware. I called the bank and filed a dispute.

You can't contact customer support. I tried filing a complaint, but I have to mail a letter? Please be aware of this

Thanks for your post here, @jstl03.

Can you see a 12-digit transaction ID next to your Dropbox charges? If so, then you can use it on this page and identify the Dropbox account it’s linked to.

Keep in mind that you can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

Let me know more!
