My uncle passed away and I am the executor of his estate. I have been trying to cancel his Dropbox account so there will be no more monthly charges. I do not have his password and cannot login to his email account. I do not need to access his Dropbox - those files should be laid to rest just as he was. As I continue to try and figure this out, I see how many people have gone through similar situations as I have. Very poor customer service - Dropbox just sends you in circles to things you have already tried and with no phone CS, it has made this process very frustrating. Any suggestions are appreciated.
