Hi,
I'm using a private dropbox account and received an invitation for the company I work with.
When I want to add a team account I get the (error) message: "Sign in to a team account".
The accounts are all basic plans.
A colleague of mine has the same setting and it worked.

Hi Lori,
At Dropbox' MacOS application I click on my Icon at the top right corner and then on "add team account".
It's not planed to top up the basic plans.

How can I switch from private to business?
Yes, I have 2 basics accounts.
