Can't access email to login to cancel account I don't have access to

I recently noticed I was billed for an annual subscription. I do not have access to the email address used for the Dropbox account. I do have the password. I tried to login but got a message saying to enter the code that was sent to the email address I don't have access to. That organization is no longer in business. I would like to cancel the account. Please help.

Hi @Bonnie M.3, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

 

Keep me updated with any progress.
