Account converted from team to individual and missing folders

Account converted from team to individual and missing folders

I previously had a team account. I was recently asked to upgrade the account or disband the team. I chose "Disband the Team" after that I was presented with two options DELETE EVERYTHING or SAVE ALL FILES. I chose SAVE ALL FILES. My team account was converted to an individual account. I no longer have said folders that were part of the team account. 

 

What happened?

Do you see the folders you mentioned in your events page to restore them or in your Sharing tab to add them back to your account?

 

Let us know and we'll take it from there.
