my credit card was charged for cancelled drop box during trial period. how to reverse the charge as there is no access to anyone in drop box to deal with this issue without having to cancel my card?

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

Thank you for the speedy reply and directions. I have tried to contact drop box on support page and note the above and that there is no direct access to drop box to request for refund as I note the credit payment was raised by hello drop box San Francisco. Where do I go from here?
