When opening my documents using Word for web, I'm getting an error.

Had no troubles with opening and working on shared documentation (ie. this template) in Word for Web last spring. This year, when my team opens the doc in Word for Web, we are all getting an error message that it is a read only document. It is not a read only document. Is anyone else having this issue or is there a workaround? Thanks!

Hi @Dana S.11, welcome to our Community!

Does this happen with all of your Word files, or a specific one?

Have you tried editing the file using a different browser, or clearing your browser's cache, by any chance?

Let me know more!
