Third-party PDF reader apps can not access Dropbox on iPad

Third-party PDF reader apps can not access Dropbox on iPad

Recently, PDF Expert, Adobe Reader, etc, can not access my University Dropbox account (University of Florida). It throws an error that I have attached. I contacted my University Dropbox admins, they said there is no restriction on my account or they do not have to enable/disable any third-party apps I mentioned earlier. FYI, previously I would use these apps with Dropbox access without no issues. I tried to uninstall and reinstall all these including Dropbox Apps, but did not work. Even though I reset iPad and updated the OS and all software, I still had no luck. Please instruct me how I can resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.dropbox.png

Hi @hossainm, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

From that error message, it does seem that this could be disabled by the team itself.

Could you ask the team admin to check out these settings in admin console?

Keep me updated with any progress!
