DropBox randomly fails to pass URL for

We have an automation built in FormStack Documents that sends a PDF report to a DropBox App and requests the URL to the report to be sent back. For some reason the Drop Box App is failing to pass the URL back randomly. Means it is working but now seems to be unreliable. This started about 2 months ago.

    Just for clarification, are you using the Dropbox API to pass the URL back?
