Hello Dropbox Community, I'm exploring ways to enhance the efficiency of my Shopify e-commerce website and I've heard about the potential benefits of integrating Dropbox into my workflow. However, I'm not quite sure where to start. Could someone guide me through the process of integrating Dropbox with my Shopify store? I'm particularly interested in how Dropbox can help with managing product images, organizing inventory data, and streamlining collaboration with my team. Any insights, tips, or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help! The new Microsoft Teams integration is great; we can now open shared links directly on the Desktop via the native app, which is a great time saver. Only bug for the integration is that users have to login to Dropbox via Teams every other day. It loses the login authorization and the 'open file in app' function is then not available anymore. Users need to login everyday in to Dropbox via Teams to make it work again.43Views0likes2CommentsI have a Dropbox Plus, but no option to enable Dropbox AI.
Hello. As the headline states, I am a plus customer and would like to activate the possibility to add ai support for third party apps. This, so I can sort all my photos. The language is set to English (US) and I've signed up for beta updates since a long time ago. When in settings, the toggle is still glowing with its abscense though? My goal is to apply some sort of program which helps me sort my thousands and thousands of pictures. This by automated facial recognition. All help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!43Views0likes1CommentDo you access your Dropbox content on other apps outside of the Dropbox app? Feedback appreciated!
Hi everyone, My name isEmily, a Product Manager on the Dropbox Mobile app team and I am here because I wanted to reach out to the community to learn about how you access your Dropbox content outside the Dropbox app. We are planning to make some improvements to the way Dropbox integrates with other apps and want to hear your feedback. Here are a few questions to get the conversation started: What apps do you use to access your Dropbox content (outside of Dropbox)? What types of devices do you use them on? (iOS, Android, tablet, etc) How often do you use these apps? (daily, weekly, monthly) What works about this set up? What doesn’t? Is there anything you‘d like to see improved from the Dropbox side? We understand that everyone's experience may differ, so we welcome all types of feedback, positive or negative. We're committed to continuously improving our product so your feedback will help us make it better. Thank you in advance for your time and input. We're excited to hear what you have to say! Dear Community, I have a serious problem and hope somebody can help me: I am working since month on my diploma thesis, all files for that stored under Dropbox in a directory encrypted with boxcryptor classic, which I made visible as drive "K".Since two days I cannot open any of my files anymore. Word, Excel etc. all tell me, that the documents cannot be read and maybe corrupted. If I try to use Windows explorer to copy one of these files from the boxcryptor drive "K" to any local directory, explorer tells me that he source file or the source drive could not be opened - but it is full visible in explorer and Boxcrypter opens up the encrypypted directory with my password w/o any complains. I have not changed anything in my installation. How can I get access to my files again? I am using boxcryptor classic v 1.3.2 and dropbox client v213.4.4597. I really need your help! I am trying to link Dropbox Teams account with new Salesforce setup. I can see from both softwares that I am connected but in the Dropbox window within a Salesforce case or opportunity, I get the following message: "You need to be invited to the 'Salesforce Documents' shared folder. Please contact your system administrator to get access to content already linked to this record." I am the system administrator for Dropbox. Do I need to create a folder called 'Salesforce Documents' or is that something that is auto generated when the integration begins?26Views0likes5CommentsX1 search engine some files inaccessible

Hello all! Working for a company that uses Dropbox business for file storage. Especially CAD files at the moment. About a month ago we encountered problems with saving 2D drawings to our Dropbox. After asking the CAD-software rep for help they sent us over to Dropbox to ask here. It specifically happens when trying to save new iterations of existing 2D drawing's in Inventor. It gives us the error in the image below. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about this? Thanks in advance!64Views0likes9CommentsCan I use OneDrive MS Office Collaboration within the Dropbox folder?
I am a huge fan of Dropbox and trust them with my files. I am currently using Dropbox as a real-time backup for my file server and users access these documents over the network. Some of us users collaborate at the same time on Excel documents using the antiquated Shared Workbook feature. This collaborative process needs to be replaced with MS Co-Author feature that's built into OneDrive. I don't trust OneDrive with my files as it is not truly backing up my files in real-time. I believe OneDrive caches file changes in a Temp folder and then uploads whenever it wants to, sometimes never. I have had a number of documents that were manually saved 50 plus times even with the auto-save feature enable, closed out of these files. A day later I ran a Temp file cleanup using a utility. Then later on that day or next day opened my documents and they had reverted to their original state. There was no file change history either that I could revert back to. On a standalone computer, can I install Dropbox, then install OneDrive inside of that folder. Then I can share documents from/to the OneDrive account on the Standalone computer to other users and my separate work computer's OneDrive account? This way I can get the Co-Author feature my team needs, while having Dropbox save true backups of my teams files as they make changes?43Views0likes1Comment
