I'm getting an error when my files were converting from Google Docs to Microsoft Office files

Hi - I get a Red 1 error icon on my dropbox icon on my laptop. Logging in to dropbox and it says 

File conversion failedYour files couldn’t be converted to Microsoft Office files. To continue using these files, you can convert them to shortcuts manually.Learn moreView summary

But the Summary does not work so I cannot see and rectify the affected files. 

How can I find them and fix them because this has been there for a long time now. Dropbox chat not helpful so far. Can I arrange a video call with dropbox tech to resolve?

Currently, we don't have an option for video calls, and phone support is only available for team admins on a Dropbox Business team. You can check your existing support options from this page when logged into your account.

You can follow these steps to locate and convert your files from Google docs to Office docs.
