I get an error when using Scansnap to save scans to Dropbox

I get an error when using Scansnap to save scans to Dropbox

I keep trying to scan documents today from my ScanSnap scanner to my Dropbox and I keep getting a "B11Fg038" error.  A quick Google says that:

  • B11Cg020, B11Cg027, B11Cg033, B11Cg037, B11Fg038

    Cause

There is a problem with the service provider (server).

    Solution

Check the status and settings of your network environment, and try again. Or, wait for a while and try again.

So then which service provider do they mean. My wifi? Cause it is fine. Dropbox? It says it is up, too. And ScanSnap is working... so why are all my docs not saving?? Help, please and THANK YOU!!

Hi there, @n8or, thanks for reaching out to us.

Is this error message coming from Dropbox or from ScanSnap?

How did you originally connect your scanner to your Dropbox?

And have you reached out to the scanner manufacturing company about this at all?

Thanks.
