When you attempt to print the file via Office Online, do you get an option for a printable PDF of the document?
Does that version print from the Dropbox site?

I get nothing at all…no screenshot to show you. Nothing happens. Office 365 was so much better than Dropbox. Never had issues. I find it amazing no one has these problems except for me.
My 365 account works perfect. Doing this from my Dropbox account doesn’t do a thing. Doesn’t print. Doesn’t download anything.
- JayIf you're not getting a prompt, then there is definitely something on your browser, machine or network preventing it from loading, since I get a prompt on my test devices without having a 365 account. There is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.
Could you try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running?Doesn't work. I have no programs installed. Just fresh install of Windows 10
Files done in Word and saved to my computer will print. Anything saved in Dropbox brings up the print menu but then NOTHING happens. it is apparently not even making it into the print queue.
