Can't attach a Dropbox Paper into Asana

Why is it not possible to attach a Dropbox Paper document in Asana whilst others work?

What error are you receiving specifically? Is the error coming from Asana itself?

It is in the dropbox dialog box (unfortunately I cannot attach a screenshot, can I?). Where as I can attach any kind of docs from dropbox, .papert does not work.

A Paper doc itself, is hosted on Dropbox servers, so the file itself will be non-functional outside of Dropbox. 

Has attaching a Paper doc in Asana worked in the past?

You should be able to attach a screenshot with the camera icon in the reply box, or by copying and pasting the screenshot in your reply.

Yes, I understand. But it would be helpful to view (as for example with xls or download as with pdf).

Not that I know.

The .papert file is a Paper template, could you try creating a normal Paper document to see if it can be attached in Asana?

Where else can I create a new paper document? This here has been made from the «Erstellen (create)»-button ... see attachment.

You need to click on the Document section to see the option for a normal Paper doc.
