This is a ridiculous amount of instructions to cancel subscriptions. I attempted last month and was so angry that something so simple required so much time and effort and I frankly did not have time. I left the site, not having time and now another month of being charged has gone by. It seems this is common. I ended up calling Apple to get help deleting unwanted files which cleared up my problems quickly and efficiently. I was advised that I most likely did not need drop box. I'm sure it's a great service for those who use it and need it. I do not at this time and didn't need it moments after I signed up for it. But.... Getting out of the auto payment subscription is difficult and not being able to personally speak to anyone seems suspect. I would like to cancel my subscription asap. Thank you !

Hi, I got billed to my credit card as well. My subscription was downgraded to Basic and I lost all my files and now dropbox is charging me for US$119.88 for my annual subscription. Please help.
- Daphne4 years agoDropbox StaffI'm sorry to hear about the situation pink-bean!
Can you just confirm for me, does the charge show it was through the Apple or Google on your bank statement?
Otherwise, if it shows it was to Dropbox directly, can you use the charge lookup tool here to see if the charge was for another account?
- Sscn4 years agoNew member | Level 2Your instructions do not give me an option to cancel or downgrade my Dropbox plus account. I have also tried doing it through the App Store but that was unsuccessful too. I have spent two days trying to sort this and also visited my local Apple Store without any success. This is causing me much unnecessary stress. I want this account cancelled from this minute- 11:07 Tuesday April 6th 2021.
- Louie2342 years agoNew member | Level 2Why wouldn't anyone ensure that Hellosigns service was preserved?
Does Dropbox know that the only reason people signed up for Hellosign, let alone heard of Hellosign, is because of its Zapier Integration capabilities. And everything you bought has literally been destroyed with no discussion or I intention of fixing what was broken. We were willing to pay insane monthly fees for something that worked because all of the other services are exactly like this one is now.
