I haven't use my dropbox for a years, I found that all my files in shared folders are corrupted while I recently want to download those files. No matter the file type is, xls, jpg, mp3 and whatever, all corrupted, please tell me what can I do to recover it?
How are they corrupt? What happens?
You can recover previous versions of files if they were last edited in 30 days by following https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/recover-older-versions

Some of the files had not been edited for 10 years ago, but also corrupted.
I have tried your suggestion, but no previous version can be available........also I have tried it no matter on phone, on PC and on web dropbox, same result was given. The files are the so important to me as they are the record of my wedding day. 😞
